This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My kindergarten students come from many different Latin American countries. They come to school very eager and excited to learn reading, writing, math, and how to get along with others.

My students need spill-proof water bottles so that they can have water to drink at their desks as needed.

Very few students do bring tap water in plastic containers but it is time-consuming for me to help open them up due to my large class size. Also, water spills are constant since they are so young! These spill-proof water bottles would help me keep them on task with their daily learning goals with no time wasted! Water is essential so that their little brains will continue to function well. It will help keep them hydrated especially during recess and P.E. class.
