Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My student-athletes will begin to work out in our weight room at 6:45 am, Monday-Friday beginning at the end of this summer and continuing to the early part of spring. I have extremely motivated and disciplined student-athletes (freshmen-seniors) who are prepared to make sacrifices and stay committed to improving their strength, agility, and overall health. I would like our student-athletes to maximize their workouts and mitigate slower physical results by drinking protein shakes following their lifting and exercising.

I would like to provide our student-athletes with Muscle Milk (protein shakes) to better fuel their workouts, help them build muscle mass, and assist with their muscle recovery.

Students-athletes from other private and public schools have such resources as Muscle Milk and I would like to see our student-athletes with the same opportunities. Muscle Milk is a luxury for many of our student-athletes; I feel extremely confident that our population of students would be grateful and utilize this resource to the fullest.
