My students are from many different cultures, races and beliefs. They want to be able to create work that will show off their abilities and talents. I teach in a Title 1 school which has limited resources. I have 32 students (yes, we are at capacity) and I would like to add some creative ability into our classroom! Reading, writing, math, science and social studies are important but my students need to be able to add some creativity to their projects and assignments.
My Project
A Cricut machine is a computer generated die cut and letter machine. It will help to enhance my students writing, science, social studies and math projects. It will give us the ability to be creative and not take away from instructional time. Art is missing from our classroom. Creativity needs to be enhanced to help students make something they are proud of. We don’t have a lot of extra time to create covers and pictures to go with our work so a Cricut and accessories will give us the ability to accomplish this! Please help my students to become more creative without wasting a lot of time.
