My Students

My students are wonderful kids who try their best everyday. Their previous teacher took a new position and I was hired recently to fill the position. The students had a few substitutes in between their previous teacher and me. Several of my students are falling behind in Reading and in Math. The county that I am employed by has invested in several internet based programs but our classroom does not have enough devices to enable them all to be able to get on each day. We have 2 desktop computers and 3 Chromebooks. I have 27 students in my classroom and it is extremely challenging to make sure they are all able to get on the programs that need to help them practice important skills.

My Project

I am requesting 3 Chrome book's for my classroom. We have 27 students in our room and only have 5 computers/chrome books. My student's are falling behind in both Reading and Math. The county that I am employed by has given us a few programs to help our students work on important skills that will allow them to be successful. My small groups can have up to 8 students at one time and it is challenging to make sure they all have enough time on the computers. Please help me help my students. They deserve the best and need proper access to technology!
