My Project

We have a wonderful group of girls on our cheer squad who go above and beyond every single day to be a supportive force within their school and community. They work hard and have earned many ribbons and awards so far this year, and we still have 2 competitions coming up.

Unfortunately, as is often the case, the cheer squad receives no sports funding from the school.

Our equipment is almost 10 years old, and being held together with duct tape (literally). We only have two 6 foot tumbling mats for a cheer squad of 36, and we need the mats to stunt safely. Therefore I have requested some new mats as well as a tumble track. These are necessary for a safe and effective practice for cheer and would help my girls be even more successful moving forward.
