Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

If you want to see terrific kids, help fund our project and see the pictures of my class. These children are so fun-loving and full of life. Each day, not only are they learning, I am also learning new things from them.

Many of these children come from low-income homes.

It is very hard for them to get supplies and the items they need to help them in life. They deserve to have the very best. They attend a wonderful school; however, like many schools, money has become an issue.

My Project

Many of my children have had colds and fevers already this year. I asked the parents what they need to help their children. They told me, vitamins, thermometer and toothpaste. All of these items will help the children. Parents don’t know at times that there child has a fever. They send them to school and unfortunately other children get sick as well. Having a thermometer will quickly tell if there child has a fever. It’s important children have a multi vitamin each day. Having a toothpaste that the kids like will motivate them to want to brush their teeth. Thank you for reading our proposal.
