My Project

Teaching kindergarten has been nothing short of amazing thus far. My first year has come to an end, and with that, I've noticed some space to improve moving forward. I was able to witness many of my students learn to read and learn to love reading.

I want to provide a new space in my classroom where my students can go to read new books.

Throughout the school year, our class books were shown a lot of love, which resulted in many of them being a little worn down. I have selected books that my students particularly loved to replace some of our copies, and some new books that our students enjoyed listening to during our read-alouds.

Due to some spacing concerns, a bench that doubles as a storage area would be a wonderful addition to the room, as well as some comfortable floor seating, and not to mention the brand new books. I know this space will be shown a lot of love during the school year and for many years to come.
