Help Bring Dictionaries And Whiteboards Into Our Classroom!

My students need 28 dictionaries to help them find meanings to new words and whiteboards to help them participate in their math lessons.

I am a 4th grade teacher in a high-need school and in need of new intermediate dictionaries for writing and whiteboards for math.

Our dictionaries are falling apart and most are missing pages. Although, I have tried to keep them together with tape it is not working. We do not have any individual whiteboards due to a shortage of materials.

My students need dictionaries to help them with their writing. The lack of dictionaries in the classroom has stopped them from locating new words and words they have misspelled in their writing. Because we have a shortage of dictionaries in the classroom students take longer to complete vocabulary activities. Another shortage we have is individual whiteboards. Students are not able to become active learners due to this. The lack of interest in math is becoming more apparent. I believe whiteboards will make math more interesting to them and I will see more student interaction with these boards.
