Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Please help me and my students gather supplies that will support a warm, welcoming, and organized classroom environment. Students learn best when they are in an environment that they feel welcome and comfortable in. Many of the supplies I am seeking will add color to what is currently a blank room.

I am seeking back of the chair organizers, mini trash cans for student desks, pencil cases, and desk labels. Not only will this add color to our room but we will utilize these items in our daily routines to keep our space clean and organized. Lastly I have requested a rug and pocket holders. To encourage positive behavior and to reward hard work I provide stickers to students. Currently the stickers are being stored in a box which forces the students to dig through the box to find one that they want. I would like to utilize the clear pouches to showcase the sticker options for quick decisions.
