My Students

My students are awesome, sweet, wide-eyed children who are so eager to learn. We love using technology in our classroom and are a 1:1 Chromebook classroom!

Our school is a Title I school nestled in the foothills of the mountains and many of my students come from very rural backgrounds.

I love to give my students as many experiences and choices as I possibly can. I applied for, and was accepted into our county's Blended Leader Learning Academy. In this program, my students each have access to a Chromebook in class for this school year.

My Project

Since getting our Chromebooks, we have been using the earbuds that were provided to us. However, these earbuds are quite flimsy and we've gone through most of the class set we began with. The headphones we are requesting are much more durable and students don't have to worry if their ears are too small for the earbuds.

Having the headphones will allow students to do many things such as listen to directions on IXL, work on RAZ Kids, or listen to movies on Brainpop.

Having the clicker will allow me to easily move between slides on the classroom computer while students are working on their Chromebooks.
