My Students

I teach 24 amazing second graders who range from high achieving to special education students. No matter the academic or ability level, all of my students have different learning styles that I strive to meet everyday. My students are resourceful and curious, and they strive to succeed daily through their hard work and determination!

My Project

More than two-thirds of my students come from low-income households. Our students work hard to learn and grow in their academics each day!

Headphones are an essential key to student success.

Students are completing individualized math, ELA, and social living lessons on their Chromebooks each day. We use Chromebooks daily for multiple assignments throughout the day. Due to COVID, students cannot share headphones like they have in previous years. Being a Title I school, it is not always ideal for every student to bring their own headphones, and for those headphones to last all school year. In return, our students work hard to learn and grow in their academics each day! If they cannot provide their own pair of headphones, or if their pair breaks, it would be amazing to continue supporting my students academically.
