My Project

My students are absolutely amazing! However, several of them have dyslexia or are emergent bilingual students and need some help being able to conserve their mental capacity for solving math problems rather than decoding non-academic words on their STAAR test. We also use these daily during our intervention time as well to fill in any gaps of learning. The markers and erasers help our Title 1 school save money on paper and pencils, and the kids enjoy this fun way of interacting with their math lessons. 3rd graders are hard to keep entertained and engaged, but these are ways I have found effective in my classroom. We are short headphones, and our supply of markers is gone. We would greatly appreciate funding this project to help our kids excel.
