This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

The future belongs to our children. It is inevitable that they will rise up and lead, now is the chance to help them gain momentum as they discover the world around them.

My students are artists, change makers, and innovators!

My students are resilient and ready to learn despite all the obstacles they are facing!

My Project

Students will develop practical communication skills that they will rely on throughout their lives. We strive to graduate students college, career, or military ready per their expected date of graduation, and we know this is a paramount skill set to achieve that goal.

Microphones will help us support students in finding their voices and will provide an opportunity to share their learning with peers.

Each classroom on our campus will receive a microphone to support in student learning and language acquisition. We are a campus that believes in building student leaders and these tools will help support that initiative.
