Help me give my students the headphones they need to hear their lessons clearly and a safe place to store them, so every child feels prepared, focused, and cared for as they learn and grow.

My Project

My second graders in Baltimore City are full of heart, curiosity, and determination. They come to school each day ready to learn, despite the challenges many face outside the classroom. What makes them so special is their resilience and their excitement for growing their minds. They cheer each other on, ask thoughtful questions, and work hard to do their best every single day.

To help them succeed, we’re asking for quality headphones and a storage solution to keep them safe and organized.

Many of our classroom programs—like reading, math, and phonics—depend on students being able to hear clearly and focus independently. Right now, too many of our headphones are broken or uncomfortable, making it hard for students to concentrate. Having their own working headphones and a tidy place to store them, in the form of a shoe organizer, will help my students take ownership of their learning, stay engaged, and feel proud of their space.

These simple tools will make a big difference. Your support will help my students hear every word, stay focused, and feel confident and cared for. Thank you for believing in their potential and helping us create a classroom where every child can thrive.
