My Project

These snacks I'm requesting -cereal cups, graham crackers, cookies and mac and cheese- will come in very handy. We have kids that wake up very early to get public transportation to school and many times they don't have time to grab something to eat at home.

The first meal of the day is the most important meal of the day, and it can make all the difference in not only the learning experiences of children but also their social and emotional development.

I want to be able to provide students with a little snack to start their day and in some cases, end their day.

I also have students who donate their time to community service here at our school on Saturdays helping me organize bookrooms, clean classrooms, and decorate bulletin boards. These breakfast and snack items will help me be able to provide them with some tasty treats while they work.
