This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My school will be having an assembly on having a healthy body to help us have a healthy mind. The Roper Warrior is coming to my school to do a presentation about how jump roping can provide you with the exericise you need to have a healthy mind and body.

I would like to give each child in my school a jump rope to take home.

By giving every child a jump rope, I am giving them the opportunity to go home and practice something to be better or really try to have a healthy body and mind. For some kids, it might be the 5-10 minutes of physical activity they will get.
