Help me give my students the healthiest environment that they can learn and feel safe in. I am asking for an InvisiClean Stella 5 in 1 Air Purifier, and other cleaning supplies to keep us safe.
I teach at a lower-income school where the children enjoy learning and are happy with the opportunities that they are given. The children here come from all walks of life and deserve to learn about the possibilities that they have in front of them no matter where they are from.
The students that I am working with are fifth graders, so I am going to teach them that they have a voice and it matters.
These children need to learn that if they believe in something then it is important to pursue it and work together to accomplish that. The students in my room are very important to me and I want to realize that each and every day that they are in the class.
My Project
These materials will be used to help clean the classroom and keep the children healthy and feeling safe while at school. Within the first week of school in my class alone we had about a third of my class, including me, get sick and have to stay at home. I will not allow this to happen if I can help reduce the spread of any further sickness.
The InvisiClean Stella 5 in 1 Air Purifier will help to clean the room through the day as we are learning, and this is in addition to the face masks that everyone in the room is wearing.
The Lysol spray, wipes, and computer wipes will be an extra measurement to ensure that the classroom materials are cleaned at the end of the day and have time to dry overnight further safety measures.
We are in the middle of yet another crisis at school and that is a teacher shortage because of the number of us that are getting sick and then the number of students who are also getting sick and having to stay home to get healthy. Please help and thank you from this teacher's heart.
