My Project

I have been a health teacher in Stamford, CT for over 17 years now. It has been an ever-changing profession and career as well as rewarding! Now since COVID and the technology rise, we do a lot of assignments on the computer using Canva, Google Slides, and Slides Carnival. As well as creating anti-vaping campaigns, anti-cyberbullying awareness, and dating abuse posters to name a few. We also complete Ever Fi Courses that give each student a color certificate upon completion.

Having this HIGH-quality industrial printer in my classroom will impact students immediately.

I can print their work out and post it in the classroom within minutes of them handing it in. This will create a place for students to feel a part of the class and proud of the work they completed. Our topics range from, health, goal setting, improving the quality and quantity of life, poster presentations, dating abuse, depression, suicide prevention, vaping, alcohol, drunk driving, and illegal drug use. I am very excited to add this device to our room and show the students how proud we are of their work!
