My Students

Our close-knit, Title I school is located in a beautiful country setting. The students are energetic, curious, and work hard. The parents are positive and the community is a great resource of support.

The students come to school each day to learn so that they can be positive and helping participants in society.

The students work together to support one another both in the school and outside of the school day. Whenever a need arises in the community, our students are always there to lend a helping hand. Therefore, when we can help to pay it forward to the students, we jump at the opportunity.

My Project

The lamination machine and lamination sheets will be used to protect work sheets so that after students use them they can be wiped down with the Clorox wipes so that they can be used over and over. Paper is becoming short and we need to keep things we use, but we also need to keep them safe and clean. The paper shredder will be used to dispose of information with students names and information on them that can't be recycled because of the information included in the paper work. This will benefit the students and families because information will not be getting shared with others that shouldn't be. The CVC activities and story starters will benefit the students to keep them learning. Even though we need to stay feet apart we still need a way to keep students learning. These two activities will allow us to set up stations where students can work on activities without being right next to another student. They will build their reading and writing skills. The face masks are ones that can be used by students who wear glasses. Hopefully these masks will help to keep glasses from fogging while students keep them up over their noses.
