My Students

Our rural school is a K-12 school located in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley. Our elementary school is K-3, serving about 300 students. My class has diverse learners, including students who have IEPs, 504s, special needs, gifted students, and everywhere in between. I want to provide every one of my third grade students with a learning environment that meets their educational needs and emotional, social, and physical needs. My students work hard and are excited and eager to learn.

Please help me with this quest!

My students are eager for new experiences and chances to explore the world around them. Whether it be through using tablets, performing science experiments, reading about faraway places, or using special seating to make learning more comfortable, I want to provide them with these opportunities in any way I can. My DonorsChoose projects will help make this year, and future years, as successful as they can be.

My Project

Health and wellness are essential this school year. I want to purchase plug-in air purifiers to help keep our classroom sanitary and help kill germs and odors. I would also like liquid motion bubblers for students when they need a break or calm down. These have colored bubbles that drop down slowly, creating a calming effect. Having healthy snacks, such as applesauce pouches, will also help my students eat and stay healthier.

Having access to items that can create a healthier classroom and promote wellness in my students is very important.

Thank you for helping my students in this endeavor!
