My Project
Our class will be starting a class garden to learn about nutrition and healthy eating habits. We will learn about plant life cycles, insects and measurement. We will use the raised beds to grow our own vegetables, fruits, and herbs. We will use the coconut soil to compare with regular potting soil. We will measure the plants growth in each raised bed and document the growth. We will also have one of the raised beds to start a butterfly garden to learn about the life cycle of butterflies and other insects. We will use our science journals to document our experiences in our garden.
