Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have purchased cheap headsets for the students, only to be lost, broken, and forgotten. Our students need quality headphones that they can wrap themselves around in order to block out the noise and focus on their projects. This project specifically is for the special education classes.

Each morning all students come in and work on personal learning and differentiated instructions using a program called iReady Math.

Our past headphones are showing awful wear and tear as we use them daily. We ask students to bring their own, but to little avail. The best we can do is provide quality headphones for them so they can hear the program, block out the noise and focus on succeeding without barriers.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
