Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The students I work with within my school are some of the most amazing students! They are each unique and wonderful in their own way. The students I work with are so diverse! I have students who are English language learners, students who are gifted and talented learners, students who don't speak English at home, and students who only speak English at home. As a teacher in a Title I school, I strive to give my students opportunities to grow, learn, and be successful in all that they do.

Headphones are a simple, yet important part of learning in the classroom these days.

My students will use computers every day for learning. They will use computers for assignments, testing, and supplemental activities in the form of online educational programs. The headphones provided do not hold up to the wear and tear of daily student use. When the headphones wear out there is no other option and students are left with a noisy and distracting learning environment. Over the ear, sturdy headphones are needed to give my students the best learning environment possible.
