My Students

These elementary students are among the most diverse in the nation. At our school alone, there are 83 languages and dialects spoken. They live in one of the highest crime areas and in some of the highest poverty levels with 78% of students receiving free or reduced-price lunch in an urban district.

These children are eager to learn and be 21st-century ready leaders to become lifelong learners.

These students could use a variety of materials to assist them in filling learning gaps of our lowest Title I learners and English Language students along with opportunities to challenge our Gifted and Talented students. Next fall we will be with limited outside Art instruction, therefore I would like to integrate art myself into STEM, and give students the necessities they need/want.

My Project

This is a student driven project is for personal headphones for each of my students.

Students are asking for headphones to create a better personalized learning experience for classwork, projects and testing.

Please help by donating today for these compatible to chromebook headphones. Students will be able to complete school work without bothering their neighbors whom have personalized work in math, reading, spelling, writing, coding and more.

Headphones are integral for student learning because students not only use this on a daily basis for individualized learning they will be taking a state test in the spring which required the use of headphones.
