This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students really need your help by giving them headphones and multi-headphone jacks. My students are always excited and work hard on class projects. The great thing about projects is student choice. To get topic ideas my students generally must individually research. The research gets loud because many of my students require translations to be read aloud by the computer. The headphones will help students focus on their topic of interest without the din and noise of the other computers in the room.

The multi-headphone jacks will help students when working in groups.

The jacks help students in a group or pair listen at the same time. Students may be placed in groups or pairs when they have chosen similar topics and may not have enough English language skills to work on the project alone.
