Headphones for Kindergarten

Help me give my students new headphones. With distance learning, a lot of headphones have been lost or broken. We try to get on Chromebooks daily, however, with headphones broken and lost it makes it hard for students.

My Students

This is my first year teaching. I have a great group of kiddos and I am very excited for the school year. Many of my students are beginning school this year having a hard time even recognizing their name.

I want to instill early on in my students a love for reading because I know it will make all the difference in their learning!

They already love the reading center - I just need to make it more comfortable and accessible for them.

My Project

In my Kindergarten classroom we use Chromebooks daily. We use Lexia to increase students reading proficiency. We also use many other platforms to help build and solidify foundational skills in Kindergarten. During distance learning, many of our classroom headphones were lost or broken and we are now missing a lot of headphones. In addition the headphones we do have are old and have shorts in them. New headphones would increase students engagement during Chromebook time as well as increase their learning. Not only would we have enough headphones that work but also the classroom would be quiet during this time which would help students focus better for stronger learning.
