My Students

My students are amazing kiddos who come from very diverse, sometimes challenging backgrounds and many come from the multiple low income housing units that exist within our school's boundaries.

Opportunities at school, and particularly in the classroom, give these students a chance to grow and shine in a warm, safe environment in ways they otherwise wouldn't get to.

They love doing hands-on, engaging activities that allow them to connect to concrete evidence, and to see real world things with a new and exciting viewpoint.

My Project

Our class is so excited to be back to in person learning this year. Teacher instruction has never been more important than now to fill the gaps which appeared during COVID. However, students will continue to use technology to enhance their education during small group teacher time.

Individual headphones will allow students using technology to receive individualized help and instruction while having fun learning in Math and Reading!

These headphones and appropriate, individual storage will be a great asset to our classroom.

During teacher instruction, the picture books will allow students to engage in Science subjects as well.
