My Students
My students come from a variety of cultures and homes. Many of their parents work multiple jobs and are just unable to provide technology in the home. All of the students are very hard workers that love to use technology!
Our school is a divergence of two schools housed in one building.
Many of the students are learning English and find it difficult to communicate with teachers and other students. They all love technology, though! My students are an amazing, diverse group of learners!
My Project
My students are brimming with excitement to use all of the technology in our classroom. However, it often gets noisy and this is very distracting to 8 and 9 year olds. Headphones would allow my students to focus on their instruction without distracting others, or being distracting.
Headphones would create a higher level of efficiency, productivity and academic achievement!
Students' motivation level would sky-rocket if they had the ability to hear the computer's directions. They would be engaged through multiple senses, catering to every learning style. Every learner would be focused, engaged and motivated. Headphones would create an ideal learning environment.
