Help me give my students headphones to use for their learning. We use headphones for reading, math videos, and virtual labs!

My Students

My students are creative, thoughtful and full of questions! They absolutely love hands-on, active, engaging projects and challenges that allow them to think outside the box to find solutions! They come to school each day ready to try new things and take brave chances in order to grow both personally and academically. They are an inspiration!

Our school is located in Arlington, which is the home of AT&T Stadium and the Dallas Cowboys!

Now, this doesn't mean our families are well off, it's actually the opposite. Our families are struggling to make ends meet, therefore, contributing anything "extra" to our class isn't realistic.

Each child in my classroom absolutely loves learning, although the method and environment in which they learn best vary greatly. We incorporate a variety of learning strategies, group work, and alternative seating and learning options to ensure that each student's needs are met, right where they are! They are truly an incredible group, and I am so lucky and thankful to have this group of learners that are excited and ready to learn each day!

My Project

We are asking for help with headphones. My students are unable to provide their own headphones for our class learning. We use headphones for reading, math programs, and virtual labs. We are in dire need of having a "good" set of headphones for our classroom! Students cannot hear or focus well when they do not have headphones or their neighbors do not have them. This will enhance and advance their learning levels. I KNOW their reading, math and science scores will increase drastically with headphones. This will also help boost their confidence and help them enjoy their learning. Your generosity and kindness will not go unnoticed!
