Headphone Happiness

My students need these headphones to use with a computer program we have for enrichment and remediation. We also will be starting a new Reading program that will require headphones for all students.

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My students come to school eager to learn. They are excited about learning. As their teacher I want to make sure they have everything they need to be successful. I teach in a Title 1 school in a small town where 100% of our students receive free lunch. Many times I purchase supplies and other learning materials for my students, just so we all have what we need to be successful.

Our school has high expectations for our students.We believe that all students can learn, but we must teach them in the way that each individual student can learn.

I love to see their excitement at discovering and learning new things. That "aha" moment is priceless. I want to make sure that they have every opportunity available to be successful learners and then become successful leaders.

My Project

Our school has new computer programs that we are now using. We need the headphones to help, so the students can get the most from our programs. These programs are a valuable tool that cover the standards for all of our subject areas.

Our school is starting a new Reading program and each student will need headphones.

By donating to our project you would be providing the headphones that will definitely make a difference in my students learning. It will be beneficial to all my students to have the help the headphones would provide. I know my First Graders will love these animal headphones!
