My Students

"Do what you can, with what you have, where you are" - Theodore Roosevelt. My students represent a wide range of socioeconomic backgrounds and each have their own unique set of abilities in the classroom.

I always encourage my students to do what they can do, rather than focusing on what they cannot.

For many of my students, school is the only constant in their lives. I want our classroom to be a place where they can grow in confidence and knowledge. My goal is to prepare them today, to be the leaders of tomorrow.

My Project

The students in my classroom are eager to learn and will love using this HD Document Camera. They are creative, have lots of energy, and look forward to experiencing and seeing new technology. With this document camera, I will be able to project my teaching tools and model learning on a much larger scale. I particularly hope to work on modeling the writing process with my students using the document camera to highlight those essential drafting, revising, and editing skills.

Using the document camera, my students will also be able to showcase their art, creative explorations, writings, and so much more.

Children love showing off what they have made or worked on. I can't wait for them to be able to see it on a much larger scale!
