This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
It is that time of year again; as the end of the year rapidly approaches to prepare for graduation. As all of my students grow taller and wiser, for some this will be their final year with us as they are moving on to 5th Grade. This is an essential part of life as they began to prepare for change. The materials I have selected not only allow me to provide an end-of-the-year graduation party to highlight student success but also the completion of their fourth grade years. I have requested items that will go along with our themed celebration and give the students decorations for the party, including leis, party favors, tablecloths, balloons, and certificates. I want to celebrate the hard work I see in class and on assessments with a luau party!
Our classroom will be transformed into a tropical paradise with these decorations and other luau items.
My students will enjoy reading and writing as they enjoy this tropical paradise. Thank you for your kind consideration.
