it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our wrestling team is in need of new workout equipment. We currently do not have enough equipment for all of our wrestlers to be able to train at the same time. We live in a small hard working town, so our budget to buy equipment is very limited. Something like a new workout equipment is a very tough purchase especially for a small wrestling program like ours. Having new workout equipment would help our wrestling team be able to train as a team and prevent injuries because we would be able to workout and make our bodies stronger. Our wrestling team works hard year round to be the best they can be, and we want to show our students that all of their hard work was worth it. New workout equipment would give our wrestlers a space where they can workout to help them reach their goals. It would also provide our students an opportunity to work out as a team and not have to split our team up with one group working out and another conditioning outside. The workout equipment could also help our team grow due to providing more space to workout. This project is important to me because I want to give the kids confidence and pride in themselves and their hard work. Giving them the tools and resources to help them succeed is my goal. Anything we can do for the kids to make exercise more enjoyable is a top priority. Help us help them boost their confidence and pride in their school and sport. Thanks for your time.
