Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students love getting fun pencils, erasers, and stickers as rewards for going above and beyond what is asked of them.

I will use these rewards to help motivate students to help others, have great class participation in discussions, and for taking on extra challenging work.

As we have discussions or are working I give students fun pencils, which they can keep or trade in later for a different gift. They help motivate underperforming students to try their best and motivate others to challenge themselves with difficult question/problems to answer.
