My Project

The items I have requested will be used to conduct Classroom Economy auctions in each of my classes. Students have been earning "money" from classroom jobs, and paying their "bills" as well to learn life skills they can use later. The auctions are held periodically and they get to bid on items they like.

Students benefit from learning to plan their spending so they can participate in the auctions.

Some students have never had the opportunity to learn money skills, and this is a low-cost way to learn. Some of the auctions get a bit rowdy with some wild bids and that is fun to watch.
