Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Probability can be a challenging concept for some students to grasp. The key to teaching probability is to keep the lesson lively. We can do this by using visual aids, manipulatives, and hands-on activities.

In order to help my students dig into these hands-on probability projects in class, we need dice, playing cards, multi-colored candy, paper, and pens.

My students are eager to learn new skills with the applications of probability. Through these project materials, my students will have all the necessary tools to begin their hands-on probability journey! We are super excited to dive into our activities! Having these additional hands-on materials will allow us to explore probability on a new level!
