Hands-on Materials to Strengthen Math and Science Concepts
Help me give my students math games, Boogie Board writing tablets, a weather exploration center, and STEAM car-creating kits, all of which will help build their science and math skills and knowledge!
My students are a bright, curious, and caring group! They are hard workers who love discovering new things, and they are a joy to be around!
My students really appreciate any new learning tools and materials that they have access to.

We live in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, in an area with limited resources. My students are always up for a challenge, and they enjoy being creative. They need materials and supplies to be able to be the best learners they can be!
My Project
These materials will enhance my students' science and math learning and discovery. The math games will help the students gain math fact fluency and explare math concepts. They will use these games in small groups as a hands-on way to practice math concepts.
The Boogie Board writing tablets will allow my students to record their work when solving math facts or jot down observations when participating in science or STEM activities or explorations.
The weather center will be used by my students to learn more about this important science concept in a meaningful way.
Finally, the STEAM car-building kits will be used to help the students create a vehicle design, build the vehicle, test their design, and rework their plan.
