Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students come from various backgrounds and for many, this is their first school experience. We are a multi-aged classroom with Transitional Kindergarten (age 4) and Kindergarten students.

Students learn to work cooperatively to build academic and social skills.

Even though more than half of our students come from low income households, they come to school eager to learn. It is a joy and a privilege to come to work every day and be a part of these amazing children's lives. We thank you!

My Project

As my students learn their letters and sounds and transition to readers, this hands-on literacy VersaTiles pack will assist them in their growth.

This resource will give my students the extra practice need as they become emergent readers.

We are a Montessori classroom and this resource will fit right in with our other materials since the students can check their own work and not worry about being wrong. These activities can be put on our work shelf to be completed independently or can be used in a small group setting.
