My Students

My students are unique, imaginative, and hard working. They are able to use their creativity to further their learning.

My students want to succeed and know that they can accomplish whatever they put their minds to.

I want to give my students the confidence they need to go out and conquer their dreams.

Due to COVID, my students have missed out on several learning opportunities over the past couple of years and have lost confidence in their abilities. I want to show them that learning is still fun and no matter what is going on in the world, we can learn together.

My Project

When COVID began and students were sent online, they lost a lot of opportunities for hands-on learning. It was difficult for teachers to send home science experiments or math manipulatives. Now that we are back in the classroom, students need hands on materials more than ever.

In light of COVID-19, learning should be fun and hands on for all students.

When we returned to the classroom, students couldn't share materials like scissors or rulers. Allowing each student to have their own set, means less germs are being spread around the classroom.

Lastly, I want my students to love learning, without thinking about COVID-19. The science books I have included in this project will allow students to dive into a subject and immerse themselves. They can explore their love for learning. All the materials in my project will allow students to have a hands on learning experience, have their own materials, and rediscover their love for learning.
