These kiddos come to school every day excited and eager to learn. They know what it means to work hard and to keep trying. Despite any set backs these students continue to open themselves up to new experiences.

They are truly the most welcoming group. Regardless of any differences, these students are warm and inviting to anyone who walks in the classroom. Our students are kind, empathetic learners who strive to include anyone who may need a friend. When our students enter our classroom they are secure in the knowledge that they are loved, cared for, and respected by all.
My Project
Students learn best with hands-on activities and experiences. These materials, including the Ramps & Balls Exploration Set and Magna-Tiles, will help engage my students in their learning and will increase their ability to make meaningful connects between school and the community they live in.
I am a new teacher who has limited access to high engagement teaching resources.
My goal is to have more variety for my students in order to keep them excited and eager to engage in their learning. Currently, my students do not have access to social emotional materials, community helpers, or any meaningful STEM learning manipulatives. The items listed in my project will help me to create a more hands-on learning environment for my little learners.
