Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are bright, curious, and eager to learn. As a first-year Pre-K3 special education teacher, I am excited to provide them with meaningful hands-on learning experiences that support their academic, social, emotional, and developmental growth. Many of my students learn best through movement, exploration, sensory experiences, and play-based activities.

The books, sensory activities, and fine motor materials in this project will help students develop important skills such as communication, self-regulation, problem-solving, independence, and coordination.

These resources will provide opportunities for students to explore their environment, strengthen their attention and focus, and build confidence in a safe and supportive classroom setting.

Through hands-on learning, my students will be able to engage with lessons in ways that meet their unique needs and learning styles. These materials will help create a sensory-rich environment where every child feels successful, included, and excited to learn. Your support will directly impact the daily experiences of my students and help build a strong foundation for future learning and success.
