My Students

My students come from rural homes and all receive free lunch. Some of my students have never been to school until this year. They like to find out and learn new things. They are learning all the basic skills, including social skills.

My students are eager to learn new things.

My students need new books and theme boxes to use in our classroom. We use the books in our library. We use them for our daily Read-a-louds. New books and theme boxes will help provide my students with some great knowledge.

My Project

These boxes and books are all about my world. They will help my students to learn and explore their world with every day life. The materials in each one are geared towards the students and life. For example, Five Senses: this box has items about the Five Senses. It has items that the student can explore and use to learn about using their Five Senses. The books also discuss senses. We will be using these books as Read-Alouds with the students. The box also has many examples of items about using your senses. The students will be able to learn all about their life and what's around them.
