Hands-On Creativity in Music

Help me give my students basic art supplies that will enable tangible creativity to flourish in the music room!

My Project

Right now, the only art materials in my room were old materials graciously donated by the art teacher. I have not been able to create tangible project for my students to engage in music since I have been lacking supplies.

My students will use the basic art supplies, such as markers, crayons, and pencils, to interact with music on a tangible level.

They will engage in projects such as drawing the contour of a melodic line or creating a picture to represent their feelings about a song. The organizational boxes will make the materials easily accessible for them to interact with during centers.
