Guess Who: Exploring Character Traits Through Literature

Help me give my students an inactive opportunity to review characters and character traits. We will use the guess who framework to adjust to the novels we are working with such as Romeo and Juliet and The Odyssey.

My Project

Finding engaging ways to review text is critical to increase student understanding. It can also be a challenge to find activities that hold their attention.

Guess Who, Literary edition would be an assignment to add a sense of nostalgia and fun into what could otherwise be a boring review assignment.

Students would be challenged to think critically to determine who the characters are in the story as well as what their character traits are. Purchasing the base game provides the framework and would allow me to transform and gamify my English Classroom!

This project would also rotate around ALL the Freshman ELA classrooms, so this project would be reaching far beyond just my classroom!
