Growing Responsibilities

My Project

My classroom is filled with incredible, exceptional education students. My students have deferred their diplomas to elevate their work and life skills. My project will not only enhance the program but also enhance their lives by giving them this unique learning experience.

Having an in-class grow center tower as well as a hydroponic center will allow my students to gain responsibility in caring for food and journaling the journey of food growth.

After the food has grown to maturity, my students will have the opportunity to make recipes during their life skills lessons. This moment of enjoying the food that they grew will be of great value in the lesson of responsibility.

The joy that will be filled in my classroom by raising butterflies and ladybugs will certainly be exciting and beneficial as we navigate the life cycles of these glorious creatures.

Giving my students different opportunities in and out of the classroom is essential to their learning.
