This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I love how my students are very happy about the unit of Growing Our Garden. My students can not wait to actually grow their own flower with soil and their own personal pot. They will be able to experience planting tools, what they are used for and what a flower needs to grow. My students will also be making radishes, lima beans and hair grass. These materials will help make a difference in their learning by providing my students with hands-on experience, knowledge on how plants grow and what they need.
