My Project

This project will benefit pre-K and kindergarten students by teaching them real life skills outside of reading, writing and math through a hands on learning experiences. Students will be included in the whole process from start to finish. Starting vegetables from seeds to full harvest.

Greenhouses in the classroom allow students grow various types of vegetables throughout the year.

Our project will allow for students who may not ever grow a garden at home to have that experiences in their classroom everyday, while learning the importance of being able to harvest for yourself and your family.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
