My Students

My students are in seventh grade. They come from many walks of life. They love to explore the world and love learning. My students are training for their future careers. They work hard every day and are excited about new challenges. They are constantly pushing themselves and exceeding my expectations.

I believe you learn best when you are actively engaged and having fun!

I believe that enhancing my education on how to help my students, will help them reach their true potential! I want to show them that people can be kind and generous. I believe in my students! Thank you so much for any donation! You are helping reach a student and it may change their lives.

My Project

Our district realizes that most of our students are in need of some Social & Emotional Learning (SEL) BEFORE they can address their academic needs. We have partnered with Scarlett Lewis (Choose Love) to start implementing some SELs within our schools.

The National School Counseling Convention is in Seattle, Washington this year and I KNOW I will learn some new ways to reach my students.

I LOVE to learn from others and bring new material to our students. Even though we are using the Choose Love curriculum, I'd love to implement other ideas from other regions and other school counselors.
