Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Engaging students in hands on activities is a great way to make learning fun and improve information retention. In that spirit, I propose a seed planting project that will allow students to get active while beautifying the school grounds! We are in need of Rubber Mulch, Vegetable and Herb Seeds for Planting, Kids Gardening Gloves, Gardening Tools and Bird & Butterfly Wildflower Pollinator Mix.

This project incorporates hands on activities like planting seeds and caring for the plants throughout their lifecycle. Students will gain valuable knowledge about plant growth and development, while the resulting flowers will brighten up the schoolyard.

This will be a moment that the students will remember and enjoy.
