My Students

I have a wonderful, energetic group of K4 students that make coming to work everyday an enlightening experience. My little ones are eager to learn new things and work hard to meet any challenges set before them.

My K4 class is full of positive attitudes, high levels of motivation, and an abundance of curiosity.

We love to learn by actively participating in activities. We enjoy singing, dancing, and especially getting our hands a little dirty! We are a very diverse group that does not refer to ourselves as a "class;" we prefer to use the word "FAMILY!"

My Project

We are looking to replace our old, torn, stained group time carpet. A new carpet will help spice up our look of our preschool classroom and make learning more engaging. The new carpet will be placed in the front of the classroom and used as a gathering place during mini-lessons and share time. This carpet also has different shapes and colors which will help assist my students with identification of various attributes. Seating will also be so much easier with this carpet. I can have assigned seating to decrease socialization when it is not warranted. It will also increase positive choices in behaviors because everyone will have their "own space".
